January 2016 bought about a new experience. PASA organised a Pop-Up Exhibition of pastel artworks in Glenelg. There were demonstrations by local artists. And was very successful. It went through 8-26th January, at 148 Jetty Road, Glenelg.

It is possible that no other art society in South Australia (maybe even in Australia) has ever brought members' art to The People!

Traditionally The People are expected to come to an art society's gallery.

A great innovation, coordinated by president Diane O'Brien, exhibition organiser Shirley Mangin and other helpers. Maybe they have changed the old concept, and this could be the start of signs of things to come.

An exciting event, and perhaps heralding an exciting 'new' future for art and artists?
