Victor Harbor's PASA's meeting was excited to have Cathi Steer demonstrating seascapes in pastel.  Cathi has won many awards for her artwork so it was wonderful to see how she uses pastels.

Victor Harbor's meetings are held on the first Saturdays of each month at 1:30pm. Old Church Hall, Jolly Street Victor Harbor. Admission is $5 and includes afternoon tea. Visitors are very welcome.
